A FAMILIAR SUMMER RITUAL

Aiming is half the fun.

  1. Follow the moving crosshair. Start a dart, then press Space or click when the crosshair is where you want it.
  2. Choose your power. Press again to throw. Half power keeps the aim height. More power moves the landing up; less power moves it down. The small dot shows the predicted landing.
  3. Make every dart count. The outer ring scores 1; the red centre scores 10. An outside miss scores 0. The tip decides the score, including when a dart crosses a ring line.
Your cottage rules

Solo: five rounds of five darts, for a possible 250. Two players: take turns throwing five darts on the same device, five rounds each. Vs computer: play Aino on Easy, Normal or Hard. The computer uses the same aim, power and scoring rules, with no online AI service. The highest total wins; equal totals share the win. Practice: keep throwing for as long as you like.
